I have dealt with Countrywide for the last 5 years and it amazes me that every year I receive extra bills for them not balancing the books. Every year I receive demands for extra payments for the previous year or two as they need more capital to balance the books. No explanation is ever given as to why the extra money is needed.
I have never known such a useless customer facing organisation. Threating you with non payment but at the same time you have to wait 6 months for walls to be fixed, communal areas to be fixed and even one year for an external door lock to be fixed. If you are thinking of swapping management companies do not use Countrywide Management!
