“DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!”

If you are considering buying one of these packages - don't. If you have been given one as a gift, attend the session, but don't take any more money with you than you need to get home! They do a fair job with the make-up, but nothing I couldn't have done myself, the haircut was ok, but nothing special and the photographs, although very good, were SO EXPENSIVE. They try to sell you packages for around £3,000 and the really do put pressure on you. We ended up paying more for a couple of extra pictures that won't be emblazoned with their logo (they don't tell you that on the sale pitch either!), just so we could get out of the place.

We went to the London W1 branch and had read this review site, and a couple of others. The other sites are full of, in my opinion, honest reviews which perfectly reflects what happened to us. BE WARNED ABOUT THE REVIEWS ON THIS SITE..... Look at them, and notice that they are all perfectly worded, beautifully punctuated and written on most days. They also talk a lot about all the products and services they offer - that's because they wrote them themselves!!!!

I am currently taking them to the small claims court as I have had no response from them, either by e-mail, telephone and even by going through Virgin who we bought the packages from. They take your money so quickly but here we are, four months down the line, without having had my deposit returned and they still haven't sent out the 'free'A4 pictures that we should have had with the package.

GOOD LUCK IF YOU ARE GOING AND STICK TO YOUR GUNS AND JUST SAY YOU WANT THE FREE PICTURES. DON
