“Our F&P Dish Drawers are versatile and have been reliable”

I have had two dish drawers for nearly 3 years and have not had any problems with them. We did figure out that if you don't rinse dishes first, nor clean out the filter, that they do not wash properly - but that is fine with me. It is handy having the option of doing half loads, and we don't have dirty plates mouldering in the dishwasher smelling the place up. We have a family of 5 and two are more than enough at all times, even with guests. I chose them because I wanted an island unit that was elevated (i.e. on legs), so conventional dishwashers would not have worked as they were too tall and needed to be floor standing. My dishwashers are not on top of each other, or even side by side. They are on opposite sides of the island unit. That is the versatility of them. What you lose as far as having to rinse and clear filters, you gain with their flexibility and ease of use.
