Signed up with these sharks 10 years ago and it was free at the time, they slapped on £10 charge per annum a few years ago which I agreed to as I was still using the email service. Turned on my pc today and saw I owe them nearly £70!!! Cannot believe it. Tried to call them and left hanging on phone for what seem like hours, spoke to rude staff who were extremely unhelpful and said you have to pay this amount or you don't access your mail anymore. Luckily for me I have another account with reliable hotmail. Supershit should be shut down!!!!
