“Dident refunded my money”

This is in reference to *booking ID NN251562055229.* There were two
tickets booked on that day accidentally due to computer hang up. One ticket
was booked in dollars (booking ID UN 25102055293) and other was in Rupees
(booking ID NN251562055229). I called immediately to make my trip, to
cancel both of the tickets.However I was told that I need not to worry as
both of the ticket went in* LOST ID*

However next day I received a call from make my trip that it didn't went
to lost ID
The ticket with booking ID UN was cancelled
immediately with $50 penalty. However they failed to cancel second
ticket with booking ID NN at that very instant as it was in rupees. I
was informed that they will give the message to the concerned Dept and they
will give me a call back. This kept on happening for a while repeatedly . I
tried to contact make my trip many time due to the very reason and every
time I was informed that I will receive a call back.I never recd. a call
back. This kept on going on and lead to a penalty of approximately Rs
12000 in second ticket.
Despite expressing my concern, they didnt refunded me ticket. I have booked many tickets with them and they dont care for a regular customer too. I feel dealing with them is a bigger headache if u land into some problem
