What a wonderful surprise to find someone in this day and age who is prepared to take the time and trouble to advise what is wrong with my camera, even though this was not requested, suggest what is needed to rectify it, even though only providing them with a very small return, and to just act in such a very kind, courteous and helpful manner. I have already recommended them to others!
