Ordered a Christmas hamper in early December as a gift for a relative in mainland Europe. It allowed me to select the european address just fine, charged my credit card, and sent me an order confirmation.
We're now in January and it hadn't arrived, so I followed up. I was told "we only deliver hampers within the uk".
No attempt was made to inform me of this, I had to chase it up myself to find out our Christmas gift wasn't just delayed, it never shipped at all.
I'd avoid at all costs.
