“Disgraceful Charging”

This evening my 87 year old mother in law rang 118 500 to enquire how much it was to enquire about a number, she was given the information and was told that call she had just made also cost her £1.69. She worked at the Leeds Telephone Exchange in excess of 20 years and was disgusted at this particular charge!
