I tried twice to order an HP Touchsmart 600-1210uk online and both times it turned out that they had no stock, despite the fact that on the second occassion I had phoned and been told there where 20 units in stock!

Absolutely useless company logistics software as it seems to think there is stock when there isn't. Also when I tried to click on \"My Order\" kept getting an error screen.
Also page for product was intermittently available (smoke and mirrors, lol)

Staff very nice and refunded quickly!
