I am writing this review as I am extremely upset by how I was treated.

My boyfriend went into the store on Christmas Eve and bought me a pair of shoes. He knew my size, which was 36. He has bought me shoes several times as we have been together for 8 years. He picked a pair of shoes and asked the lady to get him size 36. He came home, I opened them on Christmas day to find that they were size 38. A huge disappointment.

We returned to the shop on 3rd January, I looked for those shoes, they didn't have them in stock, nor did they have any other shoes that I liked.

I approached a lady called Barbara, explained the situation to her, and her immediate response to me was very unprofessional.

She told me that she know the lady that served us, and there is no way that SHE would have made that mistake. She said
