“Additional Charges at Supanet !!”

My parents have this service, and over the last 7 months they have added and charged for addition services. an additional £7.50 per month.
My father is no longer with us and my mother accepted a renewal which she doesn't really need, costing £40 per month, allot on a pension !! As we did not see the increase until we saw her at Xmas, they say it is too late to cancel the new contract.
The company has agreed to repay the additional charges for Sup Care and broadband antivirus, but how many other people are unknowingly paying for this!!
Watch yourselves and check your bills!!
