opened an account as they never had it in store first payment went though ok next month id lost my debit card waiting for one to come though
so i tired to pay on my business card with my name on it and it didnt go thou rang Lloyds to check as i knew i had got enough money in there
tired again still no look rang the customer service after waiting on the line for ages she tells me only a personal card is expect able
i then call back with my husbands joint bank account card this is still not except able as its not me.
i then got a call on the 23rd December at work on the shop phone off the recover team asking for payment i explained the friday before christmeas on the shop line at are busy time of the year was not the right time
i asked him how i should pay as i was still waiting for my card to come though he said he could take any card but customer service cant (whats the difference) so i said are call my husband to get card detail could he call back on my mobile not the shop line and im still waiting ive since tired calling customer service to pay with no look never again will i use these again how stupid sharon harvey
