Initial design non-functional, after four and a half months still waiting for the kitchen to be completed. From the moment we purchased the kitchen we were misled by the sales people about the fitters capabilities, delivery dates, promises of people turning up to do jobs which never materialised. Basically at every stage, we have been lied to, even to this day.
If I were to sum the experience up it would be, good product,not cheap (15k)however, the way Magnet conducts its business with its customers and the after sales service it provides sucks. It has to rate as the worst customer experience I have ever had.
The problem as a customer is you need to pay in full, at the time of placing the order, because of this you loose your bargining power. This aside, if you buy a Magnet kitchen be prepared for a long and torturous battle to get it completed. Dont believe the adverts..
