i hve struggled with my weight for many years. tried ww and as with most diet plans if you stick to it they work and i lost 2 stones in about 6 months. however i gained 3 when i stopped counting points.started sw 3 weeks ago and have already lost almost a stone! i never feel hungry or guilty for eating. the plan is easy to follow.you can fill up and snack on foods that are readily available so i dont cheat! plus on ww i found it expensive becuse i would buy the ww range of foods that were low in points to have more to eat otherwise i would be constantly hungry. i would highy recomend this plan to anyone who wants to lose weight it is sensible eating and i wish i had discovered it years ago it really does work and certainly teaches you to have a better attitude towards food. do it!!! its brilliant!
