“Delivery is a complete Joke, standard or next day DO...”

I ordered two pairs of jeans to be delivered next day, they weren't delivered next day. I called them up; they kept me waiting approx fifteen minutes on a premium rate number, so as you can imagine it turned out to be fairly expensive for me. When I eventually got through, I was just fobbed off with the same tracking information that is accessible to me on my account page on the website. Getting nowhere on the phone, I wrote them an email which did have a very good response time. They said they would refund me the difference of the next day delivery cost but told me I would have to call back if my goods hadn't been delivered within five working days - they weren't. I spent the waiting time on the phone AGAIN, to be told that my goods were "missing", great. I was being sent a letter which I then had to fill-in and send back so an investigation could be launched - I thought this was ridiculous as it was a pair of jeans - and was told that there was nothing they could do about it they had to follow protocol. Absolutely no apologies from anyone on the phone during any of this time, the WORST customer service I have ever had to deal with. Then randomly with no further updating of the tracking information, a woman knocks on my door from the courier service, shoves a package at me, no apologies, asks for a signature and then leaves without so much as looking at me; just over two weeks after they should have been delivered. ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS
