“Poorly trained, rude and arrogant staff”

I received vouchers as a gift! Yippee! I thought, having used the Knightsbridge branch for years!

Not so! The rude, poorly trained, and frankly unkind, mean staff at blue water made sure my gift quickly became a nightmare...

I have never experienced such poor, shoddy down right rude service and actually left the store in tears... I was devastated!

Rigby and peller blue water, you should be thoroughly ashamed of yourselves... Having shopped at the Knightsbridge store for many years, I will never shop at any of the branches again! Buyer beware...and husbands... Don't buy that "special treat" voucher here... Pop upstairs to leia, your wife will be treated with care and dignity and their massive range and expertise in fittimg and advise will be sure to please all! At half the price! Twice the quality!

Rigby and peller.... Never again! I cannot express enough how humiliated, saddened and llet down today's sorry experience left me! Totally devastated!
