“once bitten twice shy,twice bitten.....learnt our lesson!”

HOLIDAY GENIE,Yes they'l promise you everything but we all know Genies belong in fairytales.They use shocking manipulative tactics! what your quoted is never what you end up paying. We booked a 6k tour only to have half the tour guides not turn up, disgusting filthy 5* hotels!! one had no locks on windows or door. I lost count of how many beds i woudn't sleep in. No amount of ringing back to uk solved anything not even a refund for trips we paid for that never materialised as no guides or transport arrived,al we had were a handful of vouchers that were useless. A few years passed and against my better judgement,we tried again,different destination same awful experience. We came back to our hotel room to find we had been evicted, I kid you not..I was left in a busy lobby without access to my belongings and only in swimwear whilst other guests were going to evening dinner.hours later they unlocked the room so we could pack, this was now after 10pm.We had to pack and travel etc they had taken our money knowing it was overbooked and put us in another hotel for one night then back again to a different room! Another 5k wasted. All I can say is DON'T and if you do GOOD LUCK!
