All you need to know is that I had to get the bank involved to recover the money for the item that wasn't delivered, that's how dodgy this company is.
I ordered a cooker hood from the website, which indicated the item was in stock. The money was immediately taken from my account. Delivery was never made despite my repeated emails and phone calls over a period of weeks.
I got fed up with the shambolic nature of the way the order was being dealt with (and/or being lied to) and cancelled the item and requested a refund (not that the company should have taken funds in the first place). Following this, and after weeks of emailing and calling, and being told that it was being actioned immediately or that \"soinso off today, but I'll make sure he does it first thing in the morning\" etc etc, I involved the payment recovery team from the bank and they eventually got the money returned to me.
I'm not sure how many other people the company do this to, but a quarter's worth of interest on cash that shouldn't be in their bank is a nice little earner.
For your sanity stay away from these guys.
