“4 replacements due to faults”

I absolutely adore this toothbrush when it works, and it has worked for 6 months each time I have had a new replacement. However, I am now on my fourth new one, all replacements because they keep becoming faulty. Each time the vibrating shaft breaks and fails to vibrate the head of the the brush. On one of the replacements it had a weird electrical wobbly as well and started to pulse on and off even when it was apparently switched off.

It is a tragedy that a company with such a good name cannot get the mechanics of this machine right. When you pay so much for an item, you do expect it to work reliably for more than 6 months at a time. Sadly I love the really clean feel that this brush so effortlessly gives that I will be seeking yet another replacement for my current one as the vibrating shaft has gone- again. I need my head examining, I should go for another make instead.
