“How can Novatech still exist?”

Purchased a laptop and a desktop PC from them at the same time. A couple of months later, both of them are bluescreening and having an assortment of other errors. So, take them back to complain. The staff are apparently hired on their ability to talk down to customers and place stickers on computers. The HD was broken on one computer (which I informed smug salesman No 1, to be met with a "silly person, your inferior brain could not possibly comprehend such complicated things as computers!" response. A few days later I recieve a call telling me the HD is broken. Go to collect the computer, and ask if an OS has been installed. This was of course met with a "silly person, of course we installed an OS on it, not that a silly person like yourself could ever know what an OS is" response. I asked if they fixed the audio problems with the computer (microphone port barely works) to discover they didn't so much as glance at it. I was informed to call their tech support and complain. Helpful. Get home, and lo and behold, the computer has no OS installed. I have no idea if they actually replaced the old HD (it corrupted the OS if turned off for more than a couple of hours at a time), or are just lying lazy gits. Perhaps both! I dread to think they still have my poor laptop (after a lecture on how terrible I am at computers for allowing it to automatically launch applications).
