“Pretty useless - Hidden costs”

I've had an ISA with these guys for years and a standard share dealing account. It takes them ages to reply to emails. Replies tend to verge on the side of rudeness. They also charged me £60 to close my standard share dealing account. It took months for them to close it. I received no confirmation of its closure and was not aware of the £60 up front since the charge for this is hidden in the small print. Beware!!!!!
