i changed to co-op insurance because of the price. also when and if i changed my car, they would not charge me £25 admin. i now find this to be untrue. in fact i have been charged twice. for a no service. 9 months now and i am still waiting for my insurance documents. if it was not for the fact that they have had my money for the year. and i see no chance of getting back i would dump them like hot bricks.
