Beware of automatic renewal. I NEVER authorise this but they appear to have done it anyway. I had to make four phone calls to cancel, it is now in force, they say they have no record of cancelling, and are now charging me even though i have other insurance.
Even when I quote them the time of call, the name of the operator and their code member do they refuse to budge. And the joke of this? It was set up online to avoid having to phone them!
