WRITE A REVIEW

“Christmas hamper”

I ordered a Christmas hamper on 20th December 2011 and have just had it delivered. After reading the reviews I was worried that the site had been too good to be true after being surprised that I was able to order for Christmas so late.

My only complaint is that although I received an email confirmation straight away I could not view my order online which rang alarm bells. I also did not get any additional emails warning me that my order would be dispatched a day late so I had to chase it up myself.

I managed to speak to someone on the online support at 23:00 which is unheard of, and I also managed to get straight through on the phone when I tried.

All in all it wasn't stress free but they delivered in the end. I hope they learn their lesson for the future.
