WRITE A REVIEW

“Online shopping delivery (non-delivery) a joke!”

Delivery should have arrived last night 8-10pm, nothing, no calls to say why, sat up for hours and nothing! Looked online this morning, status says delivered, no way! Called customer services who contacted shop. Now delivery scheduled 24 hours later for this evening. Not convinced will arrive. Email their complaints department 4 times, not a single response. Wouldn't bother but live rurally. Rubbish service. Pay extra and go to Tesco next time. Bah humbug.
