“Do not trust”

Was meant to receive IPL through groupon, my appointments were cancelled, salon's closed down,only given 15 minutes when it was meant to be a 30 minute appointment. The last appointment I attended the lady doing the treatment said she was leaving, they were a terrible company, everyone has been complaining, customers have not been receing the full treatment they initially bought. I asked for an extension on voucher end date to which they agreed to on email, then they did not get back to any of my emails to book the appointment. Called the customer service line to be told they no longer do IPL and there are no managers to speak to. They are a fraud company. Do not use them.
