“BROKEN PROMISES!!”

I have bought items from TJC before and, although i would say that the quality hasn't been amazing but good for the price you pay.

I ordered a Shamballa bracelet for Christmas and they adivsed me that it would be GUARANTEED to arrive on or before the 21st December!

HAS IT ARRIVED??? NO!!! of course it hasn't...

I did manage to get through to the customer service team who then told me they cannot guarantee any specific delivery date for any items which was completley the opposite of what i was told when i bought it!!!!!!!!

They refuse to refund my P&P and they said i would not get my oder for christmas now :(

I WILL NOT BE BUYING FROM THEM AGAIN.
