“Ignorant staff and careless service = waste of time”

I ordered a pair of Timberland Bromilly boots and received a pair of Tacchini trainers. Not only that but they were received a week after I was told to expect delivery.
Whoever picked the order in the warehouse must be blind and whoever packed the order must be careless to say the least.
Two errors on one order, one by the picker and the other by the packer tells me this warehouse is run by idiots who fail to supervise their staff in a proper manner!
I'll shop elsewhere next time.
