I have just registered a new mobile phone with Giff gaff. I have been with them for over a year on another number but never had reason to test their customer service.
They have charged my credit card twice for the top up and despite me providing them with all the details including an email from my card company confirming the double charge I cannot get my money back off them because they "can't see the charge". One operator says they can see the charge another now says they can't. It is never the same person that replies to you and they clearly don't read the previous correspondence.
I am now out of pocket
I am seriously considering moving my provider.
