“Fantastic service and exactly what I ordered!”

Having been on the search for a particular set of frames for a month now, my only option left was to order from an overseas company. Not usually wanting to go this route, I took a chance and stumbled across Pret A Voir while searching for my frames.

The frames I wanted were discontinued (Ralph Lauren Polo, model 2044, colour 5199) and not available at all in Australia and to import them via an optometrist was going to cost me $250 for the frames and extra for lenses to be cut.

Pret A Voir not only offered a cost effective set of frames ($140AUD), but for a fraction of the cost they also added the lenses cut to my prescription ($20AUD), not to mention the very reasonable postage to send to Australia ($10AUD), it was a solid choice.

It was a very fast turnaround from order to receiving. A personal email the day after purchase, an email notifying of despatch within a week and arrival two weeks later, I couldn't be happier.

No negative comments at all as Pret A Voir were very professional.
