Booked a family room to share with my daughter.
My daughter was unable to use the single bed - the springs could be felt on the matress, which has no cushion layer.
The double bed was only marginally better, but again with no cushion layer and no mattress protector. Very uncomfortable, obviously very cheap sub-standard beds.
The walls had finger marks and stains which a good clean with soap and water would have removed.
A very basic plain room. very univiting and certainly extreemly over priced at £79 per night
