“Most terrible CS i have ever seen! ”

I´ve ordered from topshop ~month ago. It wasn´t my first order there, but never before i´ve had no problems like that. It is over 20 days since they informed me that my order was dispatched. Still i haven´t received anything. Finnish mail informed me that a package with a tracking number i provided never entered territory of Finland. I was trying to call customer service several times with no effects. Every time i was informed by answering machine that i´m 19th in the queue. I have sent several emails and i haven´t got even an automatic confirmation for those, i do not even mention any real reply, and it is over 10 days! this is nothing more than a vulgar fraud. Anyone has any idea where can i complain about it? Please, let me know if you had same problems and you know how to deal with it.
