“M and M direct”

Ordered my goods on the 8th December,still waiting...called up to ask where my goods are, and was told "you should have them". Agreed, saying "yes, I should, but I have n't". The call handler, put me on hold, and said,"Monday", and the line went dead,think he cut me off. Rang back and spoke to another male who said, I must warn you,you wont be getting your order before Christmas, I asked why, and he said, well by the time we send out a denial of receipt letter, and you send it back, it will be after Christmas. I remained calm and asked him to e-mail the form to me, and I could sign it and scan it on, and e-mail it back to them He agreed to do this. Waited five hours for the e-mail to arrive,it did n't. I re-called, and spoke to a female,who was only slightly more helpfull, she told me my e-mail,would arrive by Monday, and I should receive my goods by Wednesday 21st December,fingers crossed. If the goods do arrive, I will be relieved, and although I must admit that their clothes are good quality, at reduced prices, I wont be ordering again from them,just not worth the hassle.
