“Better than Lovefilm”

I have to say having used both services, side by side for a couple of months (voucher offers!) ...Blockbusters service trumps Lovefilm in two (possibly a third) important ways.

1) The turn around time - Blockbuster has received, and delivered the next disk a day quicker than Lovefilm EVERY time. The disks have been posted off together each time. Apparently Lovefilm was previously better, but definately not now. Big plus I feel.

2) Envelopes - you are sent multiple disks in one envelope by both (for obvious good plastic saving reasons). However Blockbuster will at least allow you to order a few spares for free. You dont watch all your films in one night, so you want to sometimes send them on different days. Great! Lovefilm. Nope. No more than your single return envelope. No extras can be ordered. You can post using your own envelope (standard envelopes dont take DVDs by the way). Err- no thanks. Not great customer service in my book.

3) (minor difference) - you can select the EXACT ORDER in which Blockbuster sends you your films. Lovefilm only allow a
