“Try to get one repaired!!”

Nothing wrong with the case itself, only a year old, but some strong armed baggage handler managed to damage the retractable button on the handle. The mechanism should be easy to replace. I went on to the Antler website. There are only 5 authorised repair centres in the whole of the UK and Antler don't carry out in-house repairs. I contacted them by e-mail to see if I could buy the handle or retractable arm mechanism...so far no response. As I write this I am holding on the phone and have done for the last 5 minutes but there is nobody reponding. In my opinion a very poor after sales service and if I have to buy another suitcase it won't be an Antler
