“kitchen knife set”

I purchased two sets of knives. When they arrived I found them to be very blunt. I contacted customer services and explained my concern to be told that I had to 'sharpen them, that's like taking a new car in for a service before you drive it. I returned my order by recorded delivery, but when there was no refund, I referred my case to Pay Pal who is now pursuing my case. BE WARNED, use Pay Pal when you can.
