“Poor service all round- AVOID AT ALL COSTS!”

I have seen many reviews for 24studio, all of the people posting these reviews say they had trouble getting ahold of someone either by phone or by email, and they have said the customer service agents dont know what they re talking about and carnt help and tell you to send a email to 24 studio, - but then when you send them emails they just ignore them! I myself sent 4 emails before recieving a reply! and tried to call them 4 times and couldnt get through once!

I sent them an email because I ordered a xmas present and and despite it being in stock in the colour and size i wanted, and despite my checking the home, item and delivery pages for late delivery notices there were none and I was only told after id ordered the item that it wouldnt be delivered until january which was 3 weeks from the day i ordered, and their delivery page promised 3-7 days for delivery in uk at the cost of £4.99.

Their reply when i finally got one was that the item was from the spring/summer catalogue and wouldnt process until the new year and again there was no notice that the item was from the spring/summer catalogue or that it would be delivered late.

I have also seen reviews stating that 24studio has tried to rip people off, one of these reviews about a 91 year old man who is still being harassed by 24studio who are saying that he owes them money and they keep adding £20 on each month despite the fact that he doesnt owe them anything. see trustpilot.co.uk

other reviews say that 24studio has sent them items they didnt order,they are still waiting on refunds 2 months after the damaged item was returned, they either had trouble getting through to customer service or they were told to send an email because the customer service agent didnt know what they were doing, and quite a few people have had to seek legal advice due to these facts. see trustpilot.co.uk

I have seen dozens of reviews for this company and not 1 of them is good.

I shall be cancelling my order with them, as I have no desire to be harassed for money i dont owe or sent items i havent ordered and as a result have to seek legal advice which i carnt afford.

Take my advice: Avoid 24studio.co.uk like the plague! Saving a little money isnt worth the aggrevation of dealing with these people.
