“RIP OF COMPANY AND KEEP AWAY FROM THEM”

My daughter has been with this company for 2 years and never called for help until recently. The first question they ask her has your car been serviced as in accordance with the manufactures recommendations and she said not sure and they said she wasn’t covered and wouldn’t come out unless she pays £170 over the phone. My daughter car is a used car and we only get it MOT every year. Keep away from this company and my daughter is now with the AA, slightly more but don’t need to get her car service
