I ordered a derailleur hanger (mind you, one I've been searching for for approximately a year now) from this company, and I've been very pleased with the level of service I've received. I'm located in the United States, and I know how difficult it can be to coordinate international shipping carriers, so I sent an email regarding my order's shipping status (placed approximately ten days ago). Within the hour, despite the time difference and I'm sure the increased volume of orders due to the holiday season, I received a reply with all the information I needed. Great service, great selection of products, and I would definitely use JeJames as a frequent online parts supplier if I was located in Europe! Thanks for all the help, and keep it up!
