Had this for two months and seemed to be working OK apart from PC suddenly switching off in the middle of working on things. Yesterday morning it would not allow me in as a user whatever I did. Luckily I had also set my wife up as a user so was able to get in to the system . Did not feel competent at sorting the problem out so took it to the local computer shop. They sorted out the problem, but it cost me another £30 for the privilege. Also I have lost a lot of the information going back to October when I installed the software. Just rebuilt my contacts list in Windows Live mail which was pretty much decimated. If I had spent any more money would consider suing, when a software package has the name Microsoft attached to it you tend to trust it.
