“Horrific Customer service”

I logged a request through Holiday Genie and to my surprise Alaisdar rang me at 10.10pm! I asked him to email the holiday details as it was a really inconvenient time to ring. He sent me an email asking me to get in touch and then sent the holiday which was a different price to the price the website gave. I replied via email and asked why there was a price difference. I heard NOTHING back and you phone numbers just go dead.

A week later (12.12.11) having booked my holiday with a travel company where the phone lines work Alaisdar rang me and I said I had booked my holiday. To my horror he said to me, “well thanks for your courtesy and letting us know!” and slammed the phone down on me. Well if they expect to keep customers with a service like that they are sadly mistakenHow very rude they choose to treat their customers like this. Business must be very good for them to encourage bad reviews of their service!
