I made the decision to send my Boxer and Husky puppies (Taz and Harvey) to Royvon in Merthyr Tydfil as i was struggling to walk both of them together due to pulling on the leads and my Husky running off and choosing not to come back if off the lead. My partner had already sent two of his previous dogs there before with fantastic results.

It was difficult to leave them both there for the three week training course but that was made so much easier by having daily photos of them posted on facebook both of their play sessions and their training sessions with Linzie. It was easy for anyone to see how much fun all the dogs have there. Linzie also had her own page with photos of her working with them which was easy to leave comments on and ask questions which were all answered the same day. I also had a weekly phone call where we chatted about how they were getting on and i was free to ask any questions or raise any concerns i may have had. Linzie was fantastic with them and was totally honest with us about Harveys ability to recall and let us know that it would be a long road with him probably due to something that may have happened when he was a tiny puppy. Although I was disappointed that was short lived when it came to pick them up as the difference in them both was brilliant than when we dropped them off. Harvey is so much more confident and responds brilliantly he seems a much happier content dog now. Taz was always a little monkey but to see him sitting tall when told and following to heal is amazing. They both will now walk to heal on and off the lead which would have not happened before they had been and Linzie showed me how to get them to respond correctly to my commands. Although Harvey wont consistantly recall i no longer have the dread i had before of walking them on the lead. Another comment both myself and my partner made when we went to collect them was how healthy and fit they both looked. That was another indication of how well they had both been looked after.
Their feeding has improved where before they they would be picky and not finish their food, the bowl is clear within 5 minutes!!

We have already made plans to take them back in a few months time to keep up with their training program and see if we can improve Harveys recall further which i now have confidence that we will manage to do one day in the future.

So people may think that the price is expensive but for 3 weeks of full on attention, training and play time i dont think you can really complain. I honestly thought it would cost alot more than it did so i was [reasantly surprised. Plus I now have two well trained dogs that are happy with two happy owners. What more could you want for your dogs they are worth every penny spent.
