We have only recently cut over our services from a US based hosting company providing us service through a 3rd party useless intermediary (aka reseller). The process was professionally handled by CWCS, their staff are actually on call 24/7 as stated and frankly speaking its refreshing to be able to speak with someone who has the proper level of technical know how to assist. One downside since our cut over has been the inundation of spam emails we have been getting, which I'm hoping CWCS will assist us in eliminating. We also have had issues with bounce backs from certain domains including retail emails such as aol.com. Minor issues and I'm sure they will be ironed out.
