My son in law bought a Ford Mondeo from MB Motors that broke down 1474 miles and 5 weeks later with a faulty fuel pump. It took 10 months, with the Mondeo un-roadworthy, and a County Court Judgement, before he received back the price paid for the vehicle and his costs.
If MB Motors put the same effort into customer service as they do trying to remove adverse reviews, then they might receive more favourable reviews in the future! We do not wish to deal with MB Motors ever again."
