“Wish I had done it years ago!”

Watercare Softeners Limited installed my Kenetico 2020c within 2 weeks of initial contact. The installation was done quickly, professionally and very neatly putting the unit outside to minimise impact on space. They used good quality materials to minimise pressure drop also installing seperate new hardwater garden tap, Kenitico 7500 (l micron)waterfilter and 3 way tap on the sink. The results are immediate, my kettle was shining within a week, work surfaces and shower screens sparkle and your skin feels noticably softer. Why didn't I do this earlier? Cost is the main obstacle along with the need for salt but it is worth it. We do not use a lot of water and the salt usage has been much lower than average. We have a mega flow and have noticed no pressure drop.
