“Bespoke study and bookcase”

Having seen advertisements in the Sunday newspapers and visited a Neville Johnson showroom at Sterling Mills we anticipated that the bespoke furniture would be of a very high standard - and we were not disappointed. If anything, the quality of the service provided surpassed our expectations. From our initial design meetings to the final installation, we were impressed by the professionalism shown by Neville Johnson. Our designer listened to our requirements and offered practical advice to ensure the finished product would meet all of our needs. We were promised that the process would take no more than six weeks from start to finish and less than five weeks later, we were enjoying our new furniture. As we both work full time we requested that both projects, the study and the library, be installed in a single day rather than across two days as initially planned, and this request was accommodated without issue. The installation team arrived at 8am as agreed and worked right through until 6.30pm to ensure the work was completed. The finished products are of an exceptionally high quality, the whole process was completed with minimal disruption to us we now have two rooms with furniture of our own design, which exactly meets our needs - finally all of our books have a home! we wouldn't hesitate to recommend Neville Johnson to other people.
