I opening a thinkbanking bank account after weeks of struggling with bank charges. I couldn't keep on top of my bills and thought I'd go with thinkbanking. I applied online using their website form and someone rang me back really quickly. I hadn't even closed my laptop!
I explained my situation and the person took my details. My account was opened really quickly and my personal money manager was extremely helpful in explaining how it all works. She took all of income and outgoing details in order to set aside enough for my bills each month.
Needless to say, I've been with them for 8 months now and have never looked back. For those who think that the monthly fee is steep - think again. The amount of help and support I get is fantastic. Also, I've managed to save a couple of hundred quid as I'm not paying late fees on my bills!
