“Very good at what they do”

Ok, auto-europe is a car hire broker and not a car hire company and they generally have the best deals in the market. I've booked with them over 15 times and I've never encountered a hidden charge. Any time I've hired a car through their system, it's always been exactly as they said it would be which means to me that they are staying on top of the actual car hire companies. I've also just hired a car for January and while it drives me crazy that the car hire companies charge for winter tyres even though they can't allow the cars to be driven in Germany or Austria without them, auto-europe tried to solve my problem by having the car hire company include them in the price which is as good as they could do.

I have not one bad word to say about the auto-europe system or their service.
