“Brilliant Network!”

I was previously on O2 and found myself spending £15.50 a month on one of their PAYG plans. I found Giffgaff by chance on a forum, and I'm so glad I did.

Porting (transferring) my number was so easy and smooth, no problems at all. Once I was with Giffgaff I decided to purchase to £10 Goodybag (a package which gives you minutes, texts and internet) and for my £10 I get 250 UK anytime minutes, unlimited texts and unlimited internet. When I was with O2 I was getting 300 texts and 500mb internet. I couldn't believe the savings I was making with Giffgaff.

Using the Community on the Giffgaff website has been a great experience. Users of the service contribute to the website, answering any questions you have. The amazing part is....Giffgaff give you money back for helping other members on the forum. If you know the answer to someone's problem, you can easily make some extra credit/cash for answering.

I had no idea just how great the network was before I moved! Giffgaff runs on the O2 network so I had no loss in signal quality and for some strange reason I had an increase in the speed of my internet!

Bearing in mind that there have been a few system issues recently with the website and the launch of the Blackberry add-on, however this has not affected my love of Giffgaff and I can't recommend them highly enough!
