Good Points
The sound quality is very good and the memory is excellent. I havce put on 600 songs so far (about 50 albums) and i have only used half the memory. The battery life is good also. The ipod is very easy to use and very easy to put tongs onto.

Bad Points
I am currently on my 2nd ipod mini because my 1st ipod mini (about 6 months after buying) decided to freeze up completely and also the hold button was VERY stiff. Argos though sent it away and within about 3 weeks sent me a brand new 1. I have just passed the 1 year warranty and I have encountered a couple of minor problems since, but nothing that couldn't be easily fixed by resetting it.

General Comments
Overall the Apple iPod Mini is a very good ipod and I recommend it to all. Another thing, if you have a question or problem and you want to speak to Apple, you end up on the phone to them for over an hour inside a queue, and I still didn't get through so I hung up.
